Senior Low Voltage Foreman

The Senior Low Voltage Foreman will lead and oversee field operations for commercial low voltage projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise and the ability to manage and guide field teams.

The ideal candidate is experienced in managing crews, coordinating with project managers and clients, and handling multiple aspects of project execution. Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality and safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor field technicians on job sites

• Execute and oversee installations of low voltage systems

• Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, and materials

• Provide updates on project progress and timelines

• Install, test, and troubleshoot systems including CCTV, access control, AV, and networking

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations

• Maintain high quality workmanship and ensure projects pass inspections

• Track work logs, materials, and assist with project documentation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the low voltage industry required

• Proven experience leading crews as a Foreman or Lead Technician

• Strong expertise in CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, and networking

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong leadership and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality
