Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Loyalty Strategy Consultant to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of innovative customer loyalty, rewards, and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in loyalty programs, innovative thinking, and a consulting background to provide recommendations across various loyalty concepts. This role involves working closely with clients to deliver bold and comprehensive loyalty strategies that support both credit and non-credit loyalty programs. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer engagement practices, best-in-class programs across industries, and rewards program management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership on loyalty and rewards programs, both verbally and in writing, for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with internal client teams to assess and define client loyalty strategies, ensuring alignment with the client's brand and objectives.
• Stay informed about external market trends and best practices in customer engagement and loyalty programs.
• Partner with client teams to lead assessments and identify data needs, including customer spend behaviors and research requirements.
• Work with research teams to develop and implement customer experience and loyalty research plans.
• Lead presentations to various levels of leadership within the organization and with clients.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Bachelor's Degree required, or in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 8+ years of relevant work experience in business strategy development, loyalty strategy, or customer experience.
• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in loyalty strategy, value proposition development, customer engagement strategy, marketing, or business strategy.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Proven experience in developing and managing loyalty programs, with a focus on innovative and outside-the-box thinking.
• Consulting background with a track record of providing actionable recommendations across various loyalty concepts.

Pay Range: $60 - $75/hour on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
