Responsibilities

We are a top US team, invited to be at the forefront of Powered by PLACE. It is designed to take the best teams - regardless of the Broker - and bring a new level of efficiency and success. It is working for us! Happy to give you a demo and talk through details.

With that in mind, the job responsibilities:

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems daily
• Consult with buyers, convert to agreements, and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
• Commit to weekly trainings, morning huddles and weekly on-site lead gen
• Participate in seasonal team activities
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
• Close business!

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with record of success. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Licensed real estate professional
• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Learning-based, growth-minded
• Desire to work in a collegial environment
• Willingness to try new strategies and procedures
