What Youll Bring and What Youll Do on the Job
Previous machine operator experience required. Ability to follow directions in writing and verbally provided in English. Effectively communicate information and direction to individuals and/or groups. Ability to efficiently and effectively set up extrusion lines to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards. Ability to monitor documents and troubleshoot processes. Attention to detail. Identify and perform autonomous preventative maintenance and/or raise concerns to the appropriate individuals. Focus on safety, quality, and meeting customer requirements. Ability to perform precise measurements using basic math and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.). Ability to validate competency level within the required time frame.
