Good exp in working on mainframe applications developed via CoolGen and document business rules
Strong experience in Mainframe technologies COBOL JCL DB2 CICS
Perform reverse engineering impact analysis for modernization initiatives
Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional technical specs
Good understanding of legacy system architecture and batch processing
Experience in business analysis requirement gathering
Exposure to mainframe modernization re platform re engineering programs
Ability to perform impact analysis and documentatione
