Contract: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description
Required Skills

10+ years of Mainframe application development experience.
10+ years of COBOL programming experience in an MVS/zOS environment.
10+ years of experience with IDMS (Network and Relational Database).
10+ years of experience with CA-ADS.
5+ years of experience with JCL.
Experience debugging, testing, and maintaining enterprise Mainframe applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ChangeMan.
Experience using File-AID.
Experience with FootPrints.
Experience with SAS.
Previous experience supporting Medicaid MMIS applications.
Experience working within State Government or Healthcare IT environments.
