Job Title: Senior Mainframe Developer Hogan CAMS
Location: Brookfield, WI 53005Must report to a U.S. Technology Hub
Duration: 6+ months with Possible extension

Work Hours: Flexible, typically 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CT

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mainframe Developer with extensive Hogan CAMS expertise to support the design, development, enhancement, testing, implementation, and maintenance of critical banking applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Hogan Mainframe technologies and be capable of leading complex technical initiatives while collaborating across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
" Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify highly complex and business-critical applications
" Participate in application architecture activities including project estimation, task planning, scheduling, and technical solution design.
" Recommend and implement solutions that improve business processes through architecture, technology standards, and strategic initiatives.
" Conduct change impact analysis and guide technical teams through implementation activities.
" Establish, refine, review, and integrate development and testing tools, environments, and software solutions.
" Create and enhance unit testing strategies, test plans, and testing processes based on organizational requirements.
" Collaborate throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
" Design detailed technical specifications while ensuring performance, scalability, service levels, and configuration standards are achieved.
" Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex multidisciplinary business and technical issues.
" Monitor application performance and operational efficiency and recommend optimization opportunities.
" Document technical designs, technical functions, and implementation processes.
" Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Required Qualifications
" Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience.
" 7+ years of application development and implementation experience.
" 10 15 years of Hogan CAMS experience.
" Strong Hogan Mainframe development experience.
" Expertise in COBOL, JCL, IMS DB, MQ, and VSAM.
" Strong Endevor development experience
" Strong File Manager experience.
" Strong EZTRIEVE experience
" Strong TSO/ISPF development skills.
" Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
" Strong understanding of IMS databases.
" Experience working in large transaction-based environments.
" Experience writing technical designs and documentation.
" Experience with implementation and release management activities.
" Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
" Experience with unit, system, integration, and functional testing methodologies.
" Excellent communication and leadership skills.

" Banking and financial services domain experience.
" Quality leadership and mentoring experience.
" Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
" Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
" Ability to identify and recommend process improvements and best practices.

Interview Process
" Typically one interview consisting of a hiring manager and two to three technical interviewers.
" Additional interview rounds may be required if necessary.
" Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with camera enabled.
" Interview process will be heavily technical with a mix of behavioral questions.
