We are a Aerospace Manufacturing Company running a precision CNC manufacturing operation supporting Aerospace and Defense Customers. Our floor runs a mix of Mori Seiki, Makino, Cincinnati Milacron, OKK, SNK, and Kuraki machines, and our maintenance team is central to keeping production-critical equipment running.

Job Details

You'll own troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CNC and PLC-controlled equipment across a precision machining floor, working closely with engineering, quality, and production to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and repair faults on Siemens, Fanuc, and Allen-Bradley controls, including board-level diagnostics with multimeters and oscilloscopes
Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, ladder logic, and control diagrams
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions on recurring equipment failures
Run preventive and predictive maintenance on critical manufacturing equipment
Document repairs and modifications in the CMMS and help train other technicians on improved methods

Looking for:
Industrial maintenance experience with CNC and PLC controls focus
Technical diploma or associate's degree in Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field, or equivalent experience; Fanuc or Siemens certification a plus
Senior-level technician; able to work overtime as required

Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
Fanuc and Siemens certification
Mori Seiki, Makino, Cincinnati Milacron, OKK, SNK, or Kuraki machine training
Rebuilding and repairing NC machinery
Aerospace quality systems (AS9100)
OSHA / EHS compliance in a manufacturing environment
