Seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance and facility support activities at a key location.
Responsibilities include leadership, safety program management, customer relations, employee development, staffing, policy enforcement, budget and cost control, profit and loss accountability, quality assurance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field, with at least five years of maintenance management experience, especially in preventive and predictive maintenance and reliability principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry certification participation is preferred.
The role offers a salary range of $134,300 to $158,000, along with comprehensive benefits.
