    Description

    We are representing a globally recognized FORTUNE 500 industrial manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a senior level Maintenance & Reliability Engineer. This is a newly created position that will work in conjunction with the Maintenance Engineering Manager on new capital projects, maintenance and reliability standardization, and continuous improvement efforts through out the facility.Position OverviewResponsible for maintenance engineering activities to maximize safety, quality and productivity in the daily maintenance of plant equipment in order to drive continuous improvements to equipment availability and throughput.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment failures and loss of production.Responsible for analyzing production delay data for establishing and documenting or modifying preventive maintenance tasks. Generate continuous improvement projects based on production delay data.Candidate will work closely with Plant leadership on Capital Projects.Prepare and review equipment failure/root cause analysis reports and determine/evaluate corrective action items.Determine and install appropriate performance metrics that will promote long-term continuous improvement.Responsible for implementing and/or improving SOP's where necessary.Position RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical field is preferred.Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Plant Maintenance/Reliability Engineering experience within high volume and/or industrial manufacturing environments.Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Plant deliverables and KPI's with a track record of addressing maintenance/operational issues, addressing root cause, and improving them.Our client offers a generous package of retirement and insurance benefits, a lucrative bonus program, and an entrepreneurial culture with significant advancement opportunities.
