Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, manual equipment, and robotic systems
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and protect production continuity
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Work hands-on with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Perform preventative maintenance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support and optimize automation and robotic cells (Fanuc, ABB, or similar)
Partner with operators, engineering, and production leadership to root-cause recurring issues

Qualifications Needed

Technical training, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with CNC equipment and/or robotics
Ability to independently read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Hands-on experience with hydraulics & pneumatics
PLC troubleshooting or programming experience (bonus)
Experience with Fanuc, ABB, or similar industrial robotics (bonus)
Proven ability to diagnose the problem — not just swap parts — across CNC, robotics, and automation systems
Ability to work 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
