Description
HTI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturer in the Denver, NC area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional with strong electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working on a variety of manufacturing equipment.
This role is ideal for someone who likes diagnosing equipment issues, solving problems, and keeping production running. You'll work alongside an experienced maintenance team while supporting preventative maintenance efforts and continuous equipment improvements.
This position is Contract-to-hire, M-Th (5:00 AM – 3:30PM) and OT on Fridays (Typically 50hours a week). The pay starts at $27.30/hr.

What You Need:
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong electrical troubleshooting experience
Experience working with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Experience troubleshooting motors, sensors, relays, drives, and electrical controls
Mechanical troubleshooting experience with conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and similar equipment
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Ability to use electrical testing equipment, including multimeters
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
What Your Role Will Look Like: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain production equipment and facility systems while minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery
Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs quickly and safely
Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems and industrial controls
Perform mechanical repairs on conveyors, pumps, motors, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment manuals
Assist with installation and startup of new equipment
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability
Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
Follow all company safety procedures
Additional duties as assigned
