Senior Maintenance Technician Compensation and Hours:
$35-40 an hour DOE
2nd Shift
Mon-Fri 2:15pm-10:45pm
Senior Maintenance Technician Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in maintaining and repairing conveyor systems
Knowledge of pneumatics, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment
Forklift troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
Facility maintenance experience, including general building upkeep
Comfortable performing landscaping and grounds maintenance
Basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting skills, preferred but not required
Willingness to train on various forklifts
Comfortable working on scissor lifts at elevated heights
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics and technical documents
Automation or robotics experience preferred but not required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Senior Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyors
Perform maintenance on equipment, and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues
Inspect, test, and replace sensors and other control components
Diagnose and resolve forklift and material handling equipment issues
Complete general facility repairs and maintenance tasks
Perform landscaping and ground maintenance as needed
Operate scissor lifts safely to complete maintenance work
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance activities
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement efforts
Interface with OEMs/vendors when needed
Document work and maintain system history (LIMBLE CMMS preferred)
