Role Overview:
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager 2, Field Marketing to join our team! Our food operations consist of on-site restaurants, catering, coffee experiences, and micro-markets. In the places where people care about food, Sodexo creates culinary experiences worth discovering and sharing. We bring the food people love to the places they work, making corporate dining simply delicious.
**This role is a remote position with approximately 75% travel that will include overnights from time to time. The ideal candidate will be on the East Coast residing within Northern New Jersey or the New York City area.
What You'll Do:
- support the look and feel of our cafes
- be the point person for account re-fresh’s and implement Sodexo marketing plans to drive growth through retail and marketing initiatives
- support area accounts through the deployment of our core brands
- customize and deploy marketing programs for our food operations
- analyze the data from our app and point of sale to determine future restaurant offer and marketing initiatives
- effectively develop and support communication plans for our food operations
- utilize marketing insights and strategy to drive revenue
- support the customization of digital signage

What You Bring:
- creative thinking with a keen eye for visual presentation, customer experience, and maintaining the look and feel of retail environments
- ability to operate in a fluid environment
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations, culinary, and leadership teams
- experience supporting branded marketing campaigns, promotional calendars, and customer engagement strategies
- knowledge of digital marketing tools, digital signage platforms, and content management systems
- familiarity with brand standards implementation and multi-site marketing support
- experience leveraging customer data and market insights to drive growth initiatives and improve retail performance
