This role supports, designs and communicates our aftermarket products to the sales organization and our customers.What You Will DoBecome an expert in aftermarket product structures, identifying relevance to customers and supporting the sales teams through the approval processDevelop and update aftermarket product suiteHelp create new products to effectively meet customer requirements while maintaining or increasing PW profitabilityUpdate maintenance reserve tables for all engine familiesWork with business development and strategy teams to identify market opportunities and develop products to meet internal and external customer requirementsDesign value presentations for various product offeringsAssist with updating and maintaining marketing presentationsSupport various conferences globally as a marketing representative and expert in aftermarket productsTravel domestically and internationally to meet the needs of the businessWork to support business needs using various meeting methods (onsite, Zoom) and across time zonesQualifications You Must HaveBachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience; or Advanced Degree and 7 years of experienceExperience with large‑scale data modeling softwareIntermediate user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordPrior responsibility communicating complex ideas in straightforward ways to wide audiences including management, sales, and customersExperience using customer management systemsInfluential leadership skills to support project work with cross‑functional teamsCross‑cultural business experienceQualifications We Prefer5+ years of prior aviation or aerospace experienceBusiness, marketing, or engineering degree preferredExperience using PowerBI or Microsoft CRMSalary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD.
