Senior Manager, Audit

# Position Summary

This Senior Manager Audit position will report to the Director of Global Audit. As a Senior Manager youll advise on financial compliance operational or IT risks to the company. Youll plan audit projects establish business relationships accomplish the plans and manage expectations of senior leaders in Global Audit and the businesses you support. Youll lead audit associates on your team through all phases of audit projects and ensure their success. Youll partner with multiple business leaders across the company providing valuable insights to ensure the success of these many businesses across the enterprise.

## What youll do...

• Complete Multiple Audits throughout the year
• Manage Project Deadlines and update all partners on deliverables
• Oversee and Develop Manager and Senior Auditors while providing real-time feedback on their progress
• Communicate Findings and track the remediation activities of management
• Collaborate with Peers Across Global Audit on audit plan execution project staffing and associate development
• Create and Support Proactive Programs throughout the department

### What youll bring

• Ideally 7-43 years experience in internal audit practices methodology and controls.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and SOX including scenario modeling sensitivity analysis AOP review and management reporting.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for improving ways of working.
• Skilled in large datasets data preparation and dashboard creation Power BI Tableau able to query Google BigQuery AI experience a plus.
• Present data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive impact.
• Experienced collaborating with domestic and multinational teams.
• Clear storyteller who simplifies complex topics.
• Expertise in financial systems automation and tool implementation.

The annual salary range for this position is 90000.00 - 180000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Stock.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Statistics Economics Analytics Mathematics Finance Computer Science or related field and 4 years experience in internal/external audit management information systems or related area OR 6 years experience in internal/external audit management information systems or related area.
