EPAM is growing its Media & Entertainment industry practice, and we are looking for a Consultant to help expand our Digital Media Supply Chain (DMSC) practice. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, innovation, and business development.
You will work directly with content providers, broadcasters, sports organizations, streaming platforms, and live entertainment companies to translate complex media supply chain challenges into actionable technology and process solutions. Responsibilities
Apply deep knowledge of digital media supply chain processes across content creation, production, post-production, distribution, syndication, and archiving to design solutions that address real operational challenges
Develop transformation roadmaps and next-generation architectures aligned to client needs and emerging industry standards
Apply working knowledge of modern DMSC and AI tooling to design practical, scalable solutions
Analyze and stay current on industry trends (AI/ML in media, cloud-based media workflows, personalization, streaming platform evolution) and translate them into actionable client strategies
Lead and support engagements end-to-end: work planning, requirements documentation, stakeholder workshops, stakeholder management, solution design, deliverable ownership, and team oversight
Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, providing alternative recommendations when needed to ensure objectives are met
Build trusted relationships with mid- to senior-level business and technology stakeholders
Develop and deliver client presentations, workshops, and written work products
Quickly assess client challenges and engage cross-functional partners to develop the right solutions
Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively, with a clear sense of when to escalate to senior leadership
Partner with EPAM Client Partners and sales teams to engage prospects across the full sales lifecycle, from initial scoping through proposal and close
Lead the authoring of proposals and statements of work for complex DMSC engagements
Design project teaming models and produce accurate effort and cost estimates
Clearly communicate scope, assumptions, and risk to both technical and executive audiences
Support pursuit activities and contribute to EPAM's Media & Entertainment go-to-market strategy
Contribute to EPAM's DMSC offerings, reusable assets, and accelerators
Contribute to EPAM's point of view in the Media & Entertainment space through internal communities, white papers, and external-facing content
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to raising the quality bar across the practice
Support recruiting, methodology development, and internal growth initiatives
Requirements
4+ years of experience in M&E consulting and advisory
8+ years of client-facing roles (e.g., management consulting, media technology, or as an M&E practitioner)
Deep expertise in Digital Media Supply Chain, including working knowledge of relevant platforms, formats, and workflows (e.g., MAM/DAM systems, content delivery networks, metadata standards, cloud media infrastructure)
Strong understanding of the M&E ecosystem, including content providers, broadcasters, live entertainment, sports, music, OTT/streaming platforms
Proven ability to translate business challenges into technology and process solutions and communicate them to executive audiences
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading pre-sales activity, including scoping, proposals, and deal closure
Experience leading multi-disciplinary consulting teams and managing delivery governance across complex programs
Strong analytical skills, including process mapping, business case development, and solution evaluation
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience developing and presenting client-facing materials (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)

Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000.
