Open to any state within the US and time zoneThe anticipated annual base salary range for this position would be $120,000 to $130,000 + monthly sales incentives that is based on experience, qualifications and compensation guidelines Pay Range: $101,600.00 - $172,700.00ResponsibilitiesManages experienced professionals who exercise independent discretion and/or manages a functional area or process that may or may not have direct reports.Implements policy and strategy for short-term results and influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.Decision making is guided by strategic objectives of specialization.Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.Must be able to communicates with executive leadership.Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications10+ years of direct or relevant working experience managing partners and selling software and services solutions through channels.Telematics or Commercial Insurance Auto experience critical, ideal candidate will have experience with or deep knowledge of commercial insurance telematics programs.Excellence in strategic planning, problem‑solving, analytics, written and verbal communication to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.High organizational skills and deadline management are a must.Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously.Self‑starting and collaborative.Experienced in working with cross‑functional teams and across multiple locations.Up to 20% travel.What we offerAt Bridgestone, what really matters is to foster co‑creation opportunities and empowering you to be creative and curious to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for future generations.
