Own the strategic operating rhythm for the business unit, including MBRs, QBRs, executive staff meetings, planning sessions, and leadership offsites; partner with senior leaders on prioritization, executive communications, presentations, and strategic decision-making so decisions translate into measurable execution.
Develop and continuously improve operating mechanisms, governance, and business processes that increase organizational effectiveness and execution quality.
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, driving alignment across business partners and resolving organizational roadblocks.
Develop dashboards, reporting, and operating visibility into organizational health, KPIs, OKRs, risks, and execution progress; recommend corrective actions when needed.
Advance people and organizational operations, knowledge management, mentorship, onboarding, communications, and scalable collaboration practices that support a high-performing team.
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
