Description
The Manager, Business Operations is responsible for the financial planning, operational oversight, and business management of an assigned clinic section. This role oversees budget development and monitoring, financial reporting, and operational analysis to support the section's strategic and financial objectives. The position partners closely with section leadership and finance teams to ensure sound financial management, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards. This role also supervises staff and supports process improvements that strengthen financial performance and operational effectiveness.
