Position: Senior Manager, Business Operations eCommerce

Duties: Performs Project Management by utilizing knowledge of Project management tools, techniques, and methodologies; project tracking tools, dashboards, and reports; communication management. Manages project(s) or multiple work streams utilizing project evaluation tools, methods, and performance dashboards. Owns the discovery of project requirements through deep subject-matter expertise, timeline alignment, tasks schedules, resources, and status monitoring. Creates guidelines and methods for managing projects and ensures project partners follow proper procedures. Oversees alignment on timelines, tasks schedule, resources utilization, and project progress. Assesses complex changes and leads fact-based decisions in high-risk situations (for example, timeline adjustments, unforeseen circumstances). Ensures all stakeholders are aligned with project approaches. Leads the development of communication and change frameworks to drive alignment with business strategies and desired outcomes. Collaborates with multiple business stakeholders to gain an understanding of complex organizational problems from varied perspectives. Influences the business to redefine problem statements. Designs multistage, data-driven solutions to real-world problems for issues that are amenable to data-driven solutions. Redefines data analytics, big data analytics, automation goals, and deliverables by leveraging experience with business problems. Identifies return on investment. Collaborates with and understands the value of other research partners (for example, site analytics, consumer insights) to synthesize and leverage existing data and coordinate research efforts. Follows search engine optimization strategies or requirements to deliver high-quality content. Reviews raw data containing the factors influencing search rankings and analyzes their use in search engine optimization performance. Creates tracking systems to measure the relevance and popularity of website content.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years of post-bachelor's progressively responsible experience in operations, project management, or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressively responsible experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Skills Required: Must have experience with: Experience developing advanced Excel tools to track KPIs and optimize client facing processes. Experience using Tableau-powered analysis of financial data driving efficiency and business transformation proposals. Experience utilizing key financial ratios to assess and improve client account health. Experience creating training materials to align cross-functional teams on operational processes and workflows. Demonstrated knowledge of financial data regulations to ensure compliance during audits. Experience creating organization-wide standardized SOPs ensuring policy and procedure consistency. Experience designing automated and scalable processes to handle a growing business. Experience using SQL queries to extract and analyze data for invoicing and reporting purposes. Rate of pay: $105,498.00 - 180,000.00/year
