Our Banking and Financial Services Treasury team in Sydney manages capital, funding, liquidity, interest rate risk, provisioning and risk modelling across the division. Our team works closely with product, credit risk, regulatory data, technology, Risk Management Group and Financial Management teams to support strong balance sheet outcomes and informed decision-making.

What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the capital strategy and credit risk analytics activities across our Banking and Financial Services products. You will provide insights on capital performance, provisioning and business opportunities, balancing commercial outcomes with risk considerations while contributing to the division's strategy. You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team and have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in capital management and provisioning.

What you offer

• Relevant qualifications in business, accounting, finance, a quantitative discipline or a related field.

• 7+ years' of experience in strategy, capital management or credit loss provisioning.

• Experience with data analysis tools such as R or SQL would be beneficial.

• The ability to review large data sets and translate complex information into clear insights for a range of stakeholders.

• Strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
