You will join a consulting team focused on modernizing finance organizations and their supporting systems. In this role, you will support Geller clients across the engagement lifecycle, from planning and execution through delivery of high-quality client-ready materials.
You will lead and participate in client and internal meetings; manage project budgets, invoicing, and engagement governance; and contribute to business development.

This role includes significant practice development. You will support proposals and onboarding, develop marketing collateral, and build repeatable deliverables and engagement frameworks. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader who delivers excellent client service, communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities to meet deadlines, keeps engagement leadership informed, escalates issues appropriately, and mentors' junior staff on technical skills and firm protocols.
Enthusiasm about building and scaling advisory practice and the impact that you can bring to shaping its deliverables, direction and development is a must.
