We're looking for a Director, Commercial Performance & Customer Insights to build the reporting, governance, and customer insight capabilities that will help shape the future of our global commercial organization.

In this highly visible role, you'll:

  • Build commercial KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance scorecards
  • Launch Voice of Customer and customer insight programs
  • Develop customer health scoring and performance reporting
  • Drive pipeline governance, account planning, and sales performance management
  • Improve Salesforce adoption, reporting quality, and commercial accountability
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, CRM, and regional leaders to turn data into actionable business insights

What You'll Need:

• 7–10 years of experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, sales operations, analytics, customer insights, or a related field
• Experience building KPI frameworks, executive reporting, or performance management programs
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred:
• Experience in media, broadcast, sports, technology, live events, or related B2B services
• Experience with Salesforce, BI tools, and commercial reporting platforms
• Exposure to sales incentives, pipeline governance, or sales performance management
• Experience supporting transformation or process improvement initiatives
