The Senior Manager Compensation, Benefits & Mobility is responsible for the development, implementation, and governance of compensation, benefits, and mobility programs within the assigned regions (USA & MEA).
The role will lead and develop a team of 3 compensation, benefits and mobility professionals and serves as the primary regional subject matter expert and strategic partner to business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and employees, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with both regional business objectives and the companys global Total Rewards strategy.

Show your expertise
10-15 years of progressive compensation experience in a corporate, consulting, or shared services environment, with demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
CCP, GRP professional certification preferred
Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, job architecture, benchmarking, and incentive programs.
Knowledge of employee benefits design, administration, and vendor management.
Understanding of international mobility practices, immigration, tax, social security, and employment regulations.
Advanced analytical and financial acumen.
Strong project and change management capabilities.
Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and business judgment.
Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, multinational organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment
