Akkodis is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Brand Marketing for a Direct Hire with a client in Exton, PA. The ideal candidate will build and scale a high-performing content and brand engine that drives thought leadership, market visibility, SEO growth, and demand generation across digital channels.

Salary Range: $130K/annum to $135K/annum; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Manager, Content & Brand Marketing Job Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation.

• Create and manage high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media posts, and video scripts.

• Own website content and SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic, search visibility, and inbound lead generation.

• Manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, demand generation programs, events, and business objectives.

• Lead PR and media relations efforts, including press releases, industry publication placements, and trade media engagement.

• Monitor and report on content performance metrics, providing insights on SEO rankings, audience engagement, and content-influenced pipeline growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand management, or communications within a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise software environment.

• Strong experience in content creation, SEO, content performance measurement, and AI-powered content production tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper).

• Experience managing brand standards, PR/media relations, and multi-channel content strategies that drive audience engagement and business growth.
