Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Close and Consolidation, leads the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role oversees financing reporting, global close, financial controls, and balance sheet reconciliations while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
The position drives business plan execution by identifying operational needs and performance metrics, fostering team development through coaching and mentoring, and promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards. In addition to core consolidation and close responsibilities, this role requires a strong understanding of the consolidation system environment and how systems, data, and process design support accurate reporting outcomes.

The Close and Consolidation team leads the consolidation and reporting of global financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This team drives financial reporting, risk mitigation, and internal controls to support strategic business objectives.
Members collaborate across departments to enhance operational processes and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The team fosters continuous improvement, upholds integrity, and delivers insightful financial analysis to guide decision-making while supporting the systems and data dependencies required for an effective consolidation environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
