Role Overview The Corporate Development Sr. Manager will lead in the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions across all aspects of the deal process, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, deal overviews, recommendations, financial modeling, due diligence, transition, post‑merger integration, and investment performance tracking.Responsibilities Lead M&A projects by facilitating due diligence and conducting financial analysis.Lead industry research, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking to evaluate and prioritize M&A and new business opportunities.Engage business unit leaders to drive and execute the M&A strategy.Perform valuation modelling and comparable analysis (public peers, precedent transactions, intrinsic valuation) and contract structuring.Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders, including bankers, corporations, and start‑ups.Prepare high‑quality presentation materials for senior leaders and key stakeholders.Conduct ad‑hoc analysis for senior management.Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in investment banking, valuation, private equity, or corporate/business development.History of leading M&A projects and prioritizing multiple stakeholders with limited resources.Expert financial modeling skills and understanding of valuation methodologies.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in PowerPoint to create presentations for senior executives.Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.Experience in the financial industry (FinTech, banking, etc.).Preferred Qualifications Progress towards CFA or other financial certification.Experience building strategic relationships with industry stakeholders, including bankers, corporations, and start‑ups.Employment and Working Conditions Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; Western Union will not sponsor work visas.Work shift: HYBRID – office presence at least three days a week.Salary Annual base salary range: $140,000 – $165,000 USD, plus short‑term and long‑term incentives.Benefits Short‑term incentives.Multiple health insurance options.Accident and life insurance.Development platforms.Paid time off.Medical, dental and life insurance.Parental leave.Global adoption assistance.4% Western Union contribution to 401(k).Equal Employment Opportunity Western Union does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, political affiliation, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, marital status, or veteran status.
