Role summary:
As Associate Creative Director, Art, for Walmart Style Social, you'll lead social-first creative ideation and execution across fashion, beauty, and home. Partnering with the ACD, Copy, you'll develop culturally relevant ideas that spark conversation and strengthen Walmart's position as a style destination. You'll mentor an Art Director, collaborate with production and marketing teams, and ensure all creative feels both aspirational and authentically Walmart. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on creative execution. The ideal candidate brings strong social storytelling skills, a passion for culture and trends, and experience creating compelling fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
