# Position Summary

The Senior Manager Data Analytics leads the development and execution of data strategies that drive business insights and operational excellence. This role requires expertise in big data technologies, advanced analytics, and data visualization to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions. The position involves mentoring teams, ensuring data quality, and collaborating across functions to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals. ## About the team

The Global Audit Data Analytics Team within Global Technology Audit collaborates with audit and business units to identify and mitigate risks through advanced data analytics and strategic insights. The team applies expertise in data strategy, statistical modeling, and visualization to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Focused on data quality and innovative solutions, members support Walmarts mission of delivering value. Utilizing analytical tools and business intelligence, the team drives continuous improvement and operational excellence, enabling informed actions that uphold Walmarts commitment to efficiency and integrity.

# What youll do...

• Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and service level agreements to ensure data fitness for purpose.
• Formulate technical solutions by translating business problems into data-driven approaches using advanced analytics and automation techniques.
• Design and implement advanced data visualizations to communicate complex insights effectively, tailoring presentations to stakeholder needs.
• Develop and execute data strategies that maximize business value while ensuring compliance with data quality governance and security standards.
• Lead data quality management initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring, to maintain high data integrity.
• Mentor team members, fostering skill development and promoting continuous improvement in analytics practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Stock.

• Option 3: 6 years experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
