Description
Solution Engineering Manager
We are seeking a Solution Engineering Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise data and analytics solutions that power reporting, insights, operational decision-making, and AI-driven capabilities across the organization.
This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and people management to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams, partnering with stakeholders to understand business objectives, translating requirements into actionable technology solutions, and drive execution aligned with strategic priorities.
You will oversee end-to-end solution delivery-from discovery and requirements gathering through architecture, engineering, AI enablement, and production support-while mentoring and developing a high-performing engineering team. Success in this role requires balancing business needs, technical strategy, and operational excellence to deliver solutions that create measurable value for the organization.
