We're looking for a best-in-class, hands-on Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth strategy and day-to-day execution across paid search and paid social, SEO, email, content, and website optimization-driving customer acquisition and performance through data-driven planning, testing, and optimization.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute Omni Fiber's end-to-end digital acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, display, video/OTT, and email
- Optimize website performance, conversion funnels, and digital campaigns to drive growth
- Lead SEO strategy (technical, content, and local optimization) to increase organic demand
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously test, learn, and improve results
- Manage and allocate a multi-million-dollar digital marketing budget
- Lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing team
- Partner with agencies and vendors to ensure strong execution and ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with revenue goals
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership within an ISP or similar industry
- Proven success managing digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Expertise in WordPress, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email automation, and analytics
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and vendor relationships
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to lead, mentor, and execute-this is not a sit-back leadership role
Preferred: MBA or Master's degree in Marketing
