Senior Manager, Digital Transformation
Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Manager, Digital Transformation to lead our strategic evolution into the next generation of digital commerce. In this pivotal role, you will operate at the intersection of technology, business strategy, artificial intelligence, and execution. You will be responsible for defining and executing our digital transformation roadmap, embedding autonomous and agentic AI capabilities into core business processes, and delivering innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in digital commerce, enterprise transformation, AI-enabled operating models, and program leadership. This leader will partner across business, product, technology, data, and operations teams to accelerate growth, improve customer experiences, optimize workflows, and unlock new sources of value through emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives, managing budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive agile methodologies across cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-market.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, effectively communicating complex technological transformations into clear, value-based business narratives.
Navigate and lead organizational change management, breaking down silos to foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous digital innovation.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $150k - 190K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
