Senior Manager, Digital & Web

Arrow International is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Manager, Digital & Web to own and lead our digital ecosystem across websites, social media, and digital marketing channels.

As Arrow has grown, so has our digital footprint. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that brings greater consistency across our website portfolio, improves the digital experience for our different audiences, and ensures our platforms effectively support the business. This includes ownership of website strategy and governance, CMS standards, SEO/AEO/GEO, digital lead capture, social media, email marketing, paid search and display, and overall digital performance.

Arrow operates through a unique B2B2C, distributor-driven model. Our digital experience needs to serve multiple audiences, including distributors, charitable organizations, operators, consumers, prospective employees, and other stakeholders. We're looking for someone who understands how to build digital experiences around complex customer journeys rather than a traditional direct-to-consumer eCommerce model.

This is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with Marketing, Technology, Business Intelligence, Human Resources, Sales, and other teams across Arrow. The ideal candidate can establish a broader digital strategy while remaining close enough to the work to drive execution and continuous improvement.

This role will report to the Director, Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own and continue to evolve Arrow's brand standards, visual identity, style guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging framework.
• Develop clear standards for logo and tagline usage, graphic design, motion/video, digital applications, and other brand touchpoints.
• Establish messaging strategies tailored to Arrow's key audiences, including distributors, operators, charitable organizations, consumers, and employees.
• Translate product, channel, and commercial strategies into compelling messaging, campaigns, and creative briefs.
• Develop campaign frameworks that can be adapted across products, channels, distributors, and customer audiences.
• Lead the development of corporate website content, social content, product and equipment materials, brochures/catalogs, executive presentations, internal communications, and other marketing assets.
• Ensure content and creative assets are available to support Sales and other customer-facing teams.
• Own and maintain Arrow's brand asset library, digital asset management processes, and content management standards.
• Directly lead and develop creative resources across copywriting, graphic design, and motion design.
• Manage the content calendar and creative production backlog, balancing priorities across multiple business needs.
• Review and approve marketing creative to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with Arrow's brand.
• Manage external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendor relationships as needed.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Channel Management, and Sales to understand business priorities and translate them into effective communications.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure new or modified messaging is appropriately reviewed for Arrow's regulated gaming environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field required.
• 7-10 years of progressive digital marketing and web experience, including 2+ years leading a digital, web, or related function.
• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of multiple websites and CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AEO/GEO strategies, digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and web analytics.
• Experience developing a vision and roadmap for a complex website ecosystem serving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience working with developers and Technology teams on website content, navigation, UX/UI, metadata, analytics, and tag management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define reporting needs and translate digital performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
• Experience in a B2B, B2B2C, distributor, or channel-based business environment preferred.
