The Enterprise Insights department is responsible for delivering customer led actionable insights that shape the general understanding of Consumers, Customers and Competitive intelligence throughout the organization, influencing tactical business activities, as well as strategic and forward-thinking brand initiatives. This includes understanding the voice of the consumer through qualitative and quantitative research, evaluating BBW performance relative to the competition, market sizing of new and existing categories, assessing macro trends and tracking of the brand's equity and perceptions.

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Insights, leads market research and competitive intelligence initiatives that deliver actionable consumer, brand, and market insights across the organization. This hands-on leadership role partners with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, inform strategic decision-making, and strengthen the Bath & Body Works brand. The position requires deep expertise in market research methodologies, including brand tracking, concept testing, and advertising effectiveness, as well as the ability to integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into clear, actionable recommendations. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, customer perceptions, and purchasing behaviors, coupled with exceptional analytical, storytelling, and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive forward-looking business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and analytics projects from beginning to end, from gathering objectives, proposing the right methodology, overseeing fielding and analysis, and creating actionable reports and implications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, particularly in Marketing and Merchandising to support business goals with relevant insights.
• Manage external partners and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
• Develop and present data-driven reports tailored to various audiences, combining primary and secondary research.
• Synthesize primary and secondary research into compelling, data-driven stories tailored for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail market research, consumer insights, or consulting experience, including corporate-side experience; supplier-side experience preferred.
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, customer insights, syndicated data analysis, and translating findings into actionable business strategies.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights and executive-ready recommendations.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage workstreams, develop teams, and partner effectively across functions.
• Highly organized, diligent, and adaptable, with demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Education

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Strategy or related field or equivalent experience.
• MBA preferred but not required.
