Job Summary
As Brand USA's event portfolio continues to grow in scale and complexity, we are evolving our Event Strategy & Production department, and the Senior Manager of Event Technology & Systems is a cornerstone of that vision. This is a newly reimagined role, purpose-built for someone who is genuinely tech-savvy, marketing-instinctive, and curious about what's possible. This is an ownership position for someone ready to step in and make a meaningful difference from day one.
This position is designed to make the Event Strategy & Production department more operationally and technically more self-sufficient, bringing key digital and communications capabilities fully in-house and enabling the team to move faster, with greater creative control and stronger cross-functional collaboration. If you are already using AI to draft event copy and build smarter workflows, are already comfortable owning a Cvent instance end-to-end, and are excited by the idea of building something rather than inheriting something finished, read on.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Event Operations, and is the second pillar of a two-person events team. You will be a true partner: owning the technology and communications side of the department while also getting your hands dirty on-site when it counts.

Report to work on a regular basis and is available for occasional after-hours emergency calls and projects.

Schedule
Brand USA's business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Our standard work hours may vary based on position requirements. Additional hours may be required during peak times, which may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines.
