About the Role
TCP is looking for a Senior Manager, Event & Field Marketing to lead a high-impact portfolio of industry conferences, trade shows, executive programs, and account-based field marketing experiences.
This role will manage approximately 50–60 industry events annually, along with dozens of targeted field programs designed to engage enterprise buyers, strengthen TCP’s reputation in priority industries, and generate demand from high-value accounts.
This is not a corporate or internal events role. It is a strategic go-to-market position responsible for integrating events and field marketing into TCP’s broader account-based marketing, demand generation, sales, customer advocacy, and brand strategies.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You will determine where TCP should show up, how we should differentiate, which audiences and accounts we need to engage, and how each investment will contribute to achieving our go-to-market strategy.
