We''re looking for a strategic, highly organized, and creative Senior Manager, Events to build and lead our events function, creating experiences that strengthen our brand, deepen partner relationships, generate pipeline, and bring our community together.
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Events will own the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of all inKind events. From industry conferences and executive dinners to restaurant launches, creator and consumer events, recruiting events, product launches, and company offsites, you''ll create distinctive, memorable experiences that reflect the inKind brand while delivering measurable business outcomes.
This role requires equal parts creativity and commercial thinking. You''ll be expected to develop innovative event concepts that stand out, while ensuring every event has clear objectives, defined success metrics, and demonstrable ROI.
Operating across inKind''s pod structure, you''ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership to bring ideas to life. You''ll work with pod leads to identify opportunities for events that showcase product innovation, celebrate partner success, strengthen our employer brand, and accelerate business growth.
