A leading accounting and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Family Office Services to serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, trusts, and closely held businesses. This role will oversee complex client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary services across accounting, tax, financial reporting, wealth planning, and business management.
The Senior Manager will lead client engagements, develop and mentor teams, and help deliver integrated solutions tailored to sophisticated private clients. This is a highly client-facing opportunity for someone who can combine strong technical accounting and financial management expertise with relationship management, strategic thinking, and business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of family office clients
Develop a deep understanding of clients'financial, business, and long-term objectives
Provide strategic guidance on complex financial and family office matters
Coordinate accounting, tax, advisory, trust, estate, and wealth planning services
Collaborate with attorneys, investment advisors, trustees, bankers, and other external advisors
Oversee family office accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and bill payment
Review consolidated financial statements and reporting packages across complex structures
Monitor liquidity needs and support investment administration activities
Lead, mentor, and develop Managers, Senior Associates, and staff
Manage engagement staffing, performance, and professional development
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships
Support business development, client presentations, proposals, and practice growth initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of accounting, advisory, family office, or related financial services experience
Experience serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
Strong understanding of family office accounting and financial reporting
Experience with trusts, partnerships, investment entities, and complex ownership structures
Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and liquidity planning
