    Description

    Job Description Summary:

At The Coca‑Cola Company, everything we do is powered by our vision to craft brands and beverages that refresh people everywhere and make a difference in their lives. To deliver on this promise, we rely on world-class teams who bring unique skills, agility, and a passion for driving meaningful business outcomes. This is where you come in.

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Finance for Copack Manufacturing, based in Atlanta, to play a critical role in enabling the financial integrity and operational resilience of our North America Supply Chain. This position integrates strategic financial oversight with operations partnership, supporting some of our largest and most complex co-manufacturing facilities along with key Company-owned sites and affiliated warehouses.

In this role, you will leverage your ability to interpret complex data, support contractual frameworks, and deliver actionable insights that strengthen our supply chain performance. You will serve as a trusted finance partner to internal stakeholders - helping enable decisions for initiatives such as capital projects, productivity programs, and copacker negotiations - while maintaining a robust internal control environment for manufacturing finance activities. If you are digitally savvy, fluent in financial systems, and energized by working in highly collaborative, cross-functional teams, this opportunity offers the scope and impact to accelerate your growth and advance our mission of delivering value across the Coca‑Cola system.

    What You'll Do for Us

    • Lead financial integration and advance contractual alignment for complex co-manufacturing facilities, Company-owned operations, and affiliated warehouse partners across North America.
    • Partner across Supply Chain leadership, Procurement Operations, and zone teams to enable accurate business case evaluations, return-on-investment analyses, and financial modeling for capital projects and strategic initiatives.
    • Manage period close activities including general ledger analysis, OPEX tracking, P&L reviews, and COGS reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
    • Deliver variance analysis and develop projections for budgets, rolling estimates, and take-or-pay terms; identify risks and opportunities influencing supply chain performance.
    • Support governance processes for lease recognition and disclosure, including embedded lease evaluation and accurate liability recording in Lease Controller.
    • Ensure compliance with internal control standards and contractual obligations while proactively identifying areas for process improvement or enhanced financial accuracy.
    • Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools - including Power BI dashboards and financial modeling - to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions and highlight cost productivity opportunities.
    • Provide agile project support for evolving business priorities, driving collaboration across finance, operations, and technology teams.
    • Support copacker and vendor performance evaluations and assist in external performance reviews to reinforce accountability and operational efficiencies within contractual frameworks.
    • Act as a subject matter resource for manufacturing finance insights to strengthen outcomes across the broader North America Operating Unit supply chain.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
    • 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, or cost accounting environments.
    • Proven ability to perform advanced financial analysis techniques, including NPV, IRR, discounted cash flow, and risk assessment, to guide operational decision-making.
    • High degree of digital fluency, including advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data visualization and modeling.
    • Familiarity with SAP, Manufacturing Financial Tools (MFT), and Impact ECS preferred; ability to learn and integrate new platforms quickly.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and inventory-related financial processes, including COGS and tier rate fluctuations.
    • Exceptional analytical aptitude paired with intellectual curiosity and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous or complex scenarios.
    • Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and influence outcomes through data-driven insights.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate financial implications for diverse audiences and gain alignment on policies and practices.
    • Ability to deliver outcomes while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

    What We'll Do for You

    • Empower you to influence critical supply chain decisions through high-impact financial analysis and integrated planning.
    • Enable advanced learning opportunities through exposure to complex manufacturing finance practices and innovative digital tools.
    • Provide a collaborative ecosystem where finance and operations converge, allowing you to shape innovative approaches that enhance internal controls and system interoperability.
