You will add value byutilizingyourfinancial leadership and acumenexecutive presence business partnership skills team building and the ability to influence decisions through data-driven analysis.Primary ResponsibilitiesLeads the development and execution of the strategic plan ensuring financial alignment with segments and coordinating the establishment oflong-term corporate targets.Managethe financial planning process for APi Group ensuring alignment both with the Strategic Plan targets and with businesscorporate goals andfinancial objectives.Partnersand collaborates with department heads toestablishfinancial forecasts and plan andtracksfinancial performance of corporate functional areas.Overseefinancial management forecastingplanningand control of non-recurring financial events and items. Including review and coordination with accounting todeterminequalification of non-recurring items.Steersproject alignment with Company Wide SystemsERP initiatives ensuring financial tracking and integration across the organization as well as alignment with corporate reporting.Collaboratewith Executive CompensationTeam to set compensation design financialmodelingand Long-Term Incentive LTI targets for the company in addition to tracking performance and managing accruals.Runsfinancial due diligence review of M&A target models ensuring proper review and validity of financial model assumptions.Takeownership of other financial reporting and savings projects as assigned by leadership ensuring successful execution and alignment with company goals.QualificationsBachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or related field MBA or CPA ispreferredbut notrequired.8years experiencein financial planning & analysis corporate controlling function or public accounting withdemonstratedskills in strategic and financial planning business partnering and controlling.Confident leader witheffectivecommunication andinfluencingskillsShowcasesleadership presence byleading conversations with senior leaders and C-SuiteProvenexpertise inFP&A processes financial reporting M&A activities due diligence integration valuations functional controllingand enterprise performance management EPM systems such as HFM orOnestreamWorking knowledge ofPower BI Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.High performanceteam builder and talent developerAnalytical mindset with the ability toidentifypatterns anomalies and insights within complex data sets.Organized and process-oriented capable of managing multiple deliverables and deadlines within tight close and planning cycles.Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic fast-moving environment. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on individual and company performance.
