Kforce's client, a Fortune 500, and publicly traded organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, to lead external and consolidated financial reporting. This role oversees SEC filings, GAAP compliance, and monthly/quarterly close activities while managing and developing a small team. Client offers salary and benefits, growth opportunities, great team environment. Position will be in the St. Louis, MO area, hybrid 2-3 days in office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the consolidated financial reporting process, including monthly close and management reporting
  • Oversee preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, earnings releases, disclosures)
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual audits with external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and support adoption of new accounting standards
  • Manage XBRL/interactive data tagging for SEC filings
  • Partner with Investor Relations on earnings releases and investor materials
  • Support complex accounting research and financing or offering documents
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 professionals
