    Description

    Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a growing, private technology company in the financial services space to identify a Senior Manager, FP&A to join their finance leadership team. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the CFO and will play a key role in supporting strategic decision‑making as the organization continues to scale.

    This position will own all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive insight and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the full FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
    • Develop and deliver financial models, dashboards, and executive‑level reporting
    • Partner with senior leadership to analyze business performance and support strategic initiatives
    • Provide variance analysis and actionable insights tied to revenue, expenses, and growth initiatives
    • Improve financial processes, tools, and reporting as the company continues to grow
    Qualifications:
    • Strong FP&A background with experience supporting senior leadership
    • Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
    • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
    • Experience working with accounting and planning systems (QuickBooks experience a plus)
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across the organization
    Additional Details:
    • Hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC
    • Competitive compensation, targeting up to $150K base salary, plus bonus and potential equity
