  • Develop revenue, expense, and headcount models that scale with the business
  • Support ad hoc analyses for leadership, such as pricing, unit economics, cohort analysis, and ROI assessments.

Business Partnership & Decision Support

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to functional leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through ongoing analysis of financial and operational KPIs.
  • Support evaluation of investment decisions, capital allocation, and new business initiatives

  • Translate complex financial data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for non-finance audiences.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure consistency between management reporting and financial statements.

Process Improvement & Systems

  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Help implement and optimize FP&A and ERP systems, automation tools, and reporting platforms
