• Lead end-to-end logistics management for strategic customer cargo, including import/export and inland transportation. • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new customer segments to uncover untapped opportunities. • Identify, qualify, and reach out to prospective clients and strategic partners focus on Heavy Haul & W&D Industry • Nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and partners. • Collaborate with existing vendors, procurement teams, and other relevant internal departments to discover new vendor opportunities and conduct joint due diligence activities. • Develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with company goals. • Support LA / SAV warehouse business development with relevant sales & operation teams to refine strategies based on client feedback and market. • Analyze logistics performance metrics and generate reports to drive continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with U.S. customs, DOT, environmental regulations, and applicable laws. • Perform other duties as assigned • Lead strategic project planning and execution to ensure project milestones, timelines, and operational objectives are achieved • Develop and implement project governance, reporting structures, and escalation processes for strategic customer projects. • Conduct project risk assessments and establish mitigation plans to minimize operational and financial exposure. • Monitor project budgets, cost performance, and profitability to support business objectives. • Support strategic account growth initiatives and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between strategic customers, internal teams, affiliate partners, and external vendors to align logistics and project objectives. • Prepare business proposals, cost analyses, and presentations to support strategic initiatives and business development. • Coordinate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and ensure full compliance. • Prepare executive-level project updates, performance reports, and business reviews for senior leadership. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on project priorities, customer expectations, and operational execution. • Support annual business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities related to strategic projects
Compensation Range $110,000 - $130,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
