This role serves as the primary business lead for assigned partners – owning the relationship, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering commercial performance.The position will be based out of our Burbank, CA office location and will be hybrid 3 days a week on-site (Tues/Wed/Thursday).Lead Strategic PartnershipsServe as the primary point of contact for key global licensors, leading the overall business relationship across Hasbro categoriesBuild trusted, long-term partnerships and represent Hasbro in external engagements and negotiationsDrive Licensing & Business DevelopmentLead inbound licensing opportunities from evaluation through deal execution, partnering with Brand, Finance, and Legal teamsSupport negotiation processes and ensure deals align with financial and strategic objectivesOwn Cross-Functional Alignment & ExecutionProactively engage key partners early to define processes, timelines, and expectationsPartner across Brand, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Regional teams to ensure seamless partnership executionLead Joint Business Planning & Commercial PerformanceDrive joint business planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and milestone meetings to align on product, marketing, and revenue plansOwn forecasting processes, track performance against targets, and proactively identify risks and opportunitiesEnhance Partner Experience & OperationsChampion a "best partner" mindset by improving processes, communication, and collaboration modelsDrive operational excellence by managing multiple priorities, anticipating issues, and implementing scalable solutionsWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree required; MBA, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred7+ years of progressive experience in brand partnerships, strategic alliances, licensing, or business development, ideally within the toy, game, entertainment, or consumer products industriesProven ability to establish new relationships and demonstrate strong, ongoing relationshipStrong financial acumen with experience supporting licensing agreement preparation and execution, including minimum guarantees, royalty rates, allowances, deductions, and marginsConfidence representing Hasbro's interests and engaging effectively in complex or difficult situationsStrategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into executionExcellent leadership and team-building skills within a global, matrixed environmentExceptional oral, written, and visual communication skillsStrong organizational and collaboration skillsAbility to lead through influence, build alignment, and drive execution without direct authorityProactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityComfort operating in fast-moving environments where initiatives are being defined while executedPositive, adaptable mindset and the ability to maintain perspective and a sense of humor even during challenging momentsWillingness to travel as required to support key business reviews, milestone reviews, and global business planning initiativesProficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and OutlookWe are an Equal Opportunity / Aff.
