    Role: Senior Manager, Government Programs

    Location: Remote (U.S)

    Type: Full-Time

    About the Opportunity:

    A growing technology company is seeking a senior leader to oversee strategic government initiatives supporting large-scale public sector programs. This is a highly visible role with ownership across operations, program execution, compliance, and customer engagement.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead strategic government programs from planning through delivery.
    • Build relationships with executive stakeholders, partners, and public sector customers.
    • Drive cross-functional execution across technical and business teams.
    • Oversee program operations, financial planning, and performance metrics.
    • Ensure delivery meets contractual obligations, security requirements, and organizational standards.
    • Develop scalable processes that support long-term program growth.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience leading complex technology or government programs.
    • Strong background managing regulated or compliance-driven environments.
    • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
    • Experience collaborating across engineering, operations, product, and business teams.
    • Knowledge of federal contracting or highly regulated industries is beneficial.
    • Ability to lead large initiatives while balancing strategic planning and execution.

    Bonus Experience:

    • Security, compliance, or program management certifications
    • Experience working within government, defense, healthcare, or other regulated sectors
