    The Opportunity:

    CACI is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to provide leadership for complex defense modeling and simulation programs supporting the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) C5ISR Center. As a Senior Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate operations across multiple departments and locations, formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. This position requires a proven leader who can manage through subordinate supervisors while supporting mission-critical national security programs delivering system-of-systems (SoS) systems engineering, Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC), and associated modeling & simulation capabilities supporting multi-domain operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, direct, and coordinate operations of the MSSE program across multiple departments and geographically distributed locations

    • Formulate policies and manage daily operations for complex defense programs supporting C5ISR Center missions

    • Plan and optimize the use of materials and human resources to support mission objectives across diverse functional areas

    • Manage through subordinate supervisors to ensure effective program execution and operational excellence

    • Provide program management support and administration for individual Technical Direction Letters (TDLs) and overarching Task Orders

    • Coordinate with ESI Directorate on facilities, security, safety, visit requests, building access, property transfers, cybersecurity, lab management, and material purchasing

    • Oversee preparation and delivery of Technical Direction Management Plans (TDMPs) ensuring contractor support is effectively integrated

    • Monitor and control cost, schedule, and performance across multiple mission areas and technical disciplines

    • Lead organizational planning including structure development, personnel interfaces, technical approach/methodology, and resource allocation

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or technical field (Computer, Electrical,  Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Chemistry, Mathematics, Operations Research, Physics and all other engineering majors), Environmental Engineering, Architectural, Civil, Meteorology/ Atmospheric Sciences.

    • Min Experience 8 yrs OR, 12 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.

    • Active TS/SCI clearance

    Desired:

    • Master's Degree or Ph.D. is highly valued.

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

    • Experience supporting C5ISR or DEVCOM programs

    • Experience with Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) environments

    • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

    • Experience with eCRAFT Enterprise system for cost

    • Experience with Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR) requirements

    • Experience with Technical Direction Management Plans (TDMPs) and Technical Direction Letters (TDLs)

    • Knowledge of IEEE 15288 standards for systems

    • Experience with Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP)

    • Experience supporting INDOPACOM or other Combatant Commands

    There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $82,100-$172,400
