My client needs a strategic finance partner who doesn't just manage spreadsheets, but actively shapes growth strategy, sales capacity, pricing, and multi-million dollar resource allocations.

The Role at a Glance

• Title: Senior Manager, GTM FP&A (Finance Business Partner to CCO)
• Location: Remote-Flexible (US)
• Base Salary: $115,000 – $160,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits
• Leadership Scope: Lead, mentor, and build out a team of high-performing finance professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• C-Suite Advisory: Serve as the primary finance co-pilot for the Chief Commercial Officer and global VP leadership across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Intl Markets.
• Commercial Growth Engine: Own sales capacity planning, quota/compensation modeling, pipeline analytics, deal desk strategy, and bookings forecasting.
• Strategic Planning: Lead annual budgeting, driver-based forecasting, and long-range planning across all revenue and GTM organizations.
• Executive Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for Monthly Strategic Reviews with the Executive Leadership Team.
• Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ Years in FP&A / Corporate Finance: Strong foundation in SaaS / subscription / recurring revenue business models.
• 3+ Years Management Experience: Proven track record of developing and leading analytical teams.
• GTM & Commercial Focus: Hands-on experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Revenue orgs (both revenue forecasting and OPEX).
• Enterprise Tech Stack: Proficiency with platforms like Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning.
• Executive Presence: Ability to go toe-to-toe with commercial executives, offer pushback, and influence key investments.
