The company's key products and services include full life cycle support of hydraulic actuation, control valves, pumps, motors, and highly integrated powerpacks for hydraulic systems. Triumph Actuation Products and Services has long served both the OE and MRO/spares end markets.
Position Description
The Senior Manager of Human Resources will serve as a core member of the human resources leadership team for Hydraulic Power and Actuation with responsibility for all aspects of human resources across various sites.
The Senior Manager of Human Resources will work closely with the site leadership to provide leadership in developing and executing a strategic human capital plan in support of the overall business plans and strategic direction of the organization. Other key areas of focus will include talent acquisition, change management, compensation, and benefits, labor relations, employee engagement, performance management, human resources reporting, leadership and training development.
